SHOPLINE is a hosted SaaS ecommerce platform for retailers and brands that need more than an online storefront. It combines customizable store themes, checkout, inventory management, social and livestream selling, marketplace synchronization, point of sale, marketing automation, analytics, subscriptions, and loyalty tools. Its omnichannel structure makes it a strong fit for businesses selling through websites, social channels, marketplaces, and physical retail locations, with web, iOS, Android, and API access supporting different operating needs.

The monthly pricing starts with Starter at $29, including 5 staff accounts, built-in store, checkout and inventory tools, multi-channel selling, and a 2% third-party transaction fee. Essential costs $79 per month, raises the allowance to 35 staff accounts, lowers that fee to 0.8%, and adds advanced reporting, customer segmentation, the app marketplace, and integrations. Premium is $269 per month for 100 staff accounts, a 0.5% third-party transaction fee, advanced marketing automation, AI recommendations, developer tools, and API integrations. Enterprise adds unlimited staff accounts, multi-store and organization management, advanced checkout customization, and developer tools at custom pricing. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

SHOPLINE’s main advantage is breadth: it connects online commerce with marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Mirakl, and Zalora, while also supporting Apple Pay and Google Pay. Multi-location inventory, abandoned-cart recovery, customizable reports, email and SMS automation, and developer APIs extend the platform beyond basic catalog and checkout functions. That range suits growing retailers with multiple channels, locations, or customer programs. Smaller sellers seeking a narrowly focused storefront, or businesses that want to avoid paid plans and transaction fees, should consider a simpler alternative.
