SharkFit review
A broad gym platform with branded apps, coaching tools, scheduling, and reporting.

SharkFit is a white-label fitness platform for gyms, coaches, trainers, and fitness brands. Its web management dashboard works alongside branded iOS and Android member and coach apps. Gyms can customize the app logo, colors, name, and domain, while individual coaches can use ready-to-use apps. The product covers member and client management, workout and nutrition planning, progress tracking, scheduling, booking, messaging, check-ins, notifications, and business reporting.
For gyms building a branded member experience, SharkFit’s breadth is its main strength. Workout plans can include exercises, sets, reps, timers, supersets, and circuits, while nutrition plans support calorie and macro targets. Progress tracking covers workouts, measurements, goals, and photos. Scheduling supports classes and personal-training sessions, and in-app messaging includes media sharing. QR check-ins, attendance tracking, reminders, announcements, analytics, reporting, and data export extend the platform beyond content delivery into day-to-day operations.
The published pricing approach is less straightforward for gym buyers: gym plans are quoted per gym, while the website mentions a free individual app separately. That structure may suit organizations seeking a tailored commercial arrangement, but it gives buyers less immediate visibility into the cost of the full gym package. SharkFit is a strong fit for gyms that want one branded system spanning coaching, member engagement, bookings, attendance, and reporting. Coaches or smaller teams looking for a narrowly focused tool, or buyers who prioritize transparent fixed pricing, may prefer a simpler alternative.
SharkFit pros and cons

- Workout, nutrition, progress, scheduling, and messaging tools in one platform
- QR check-ins, notifications, analytics, reporting, and data export are included
- Where it doesn't
- Gym pricing is quoted per gym rather than published as a fixed amount
- The broad feature set may exceed the needs of narrowly focused coaches
- The free individual app is separate from quoted gym plans
