Service Fusion is a cloud-based field service management platform for small and midsize service contractors, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and related businesses. It brings customer and job management, estimates, scheduling, dispatching, technician workflows, GPS fleet tracking, invoicing, payments, reporting, and QuickBooks integration into one system. Its web, iOS, and Android access suits office teams and mobile technicians, while the API supports broader connections for organizations that need them.
The published plans show a paid-only structure with annual and monthly billing. Starter costs $208 per month when billed annually or $245 per month with monthly billing, and includes customer management, estimates and jobs, scheduling and dispatching, integrated payments, QuickBooks integration, and invoicing. Plus costs $325 annually billed monthly or $382 with monthly billing, adding job photo uploads, inventory management, job costing, and integrated voice and text. Pro costs $533 annually billed monthly or $627 with monthly billing, adding open API integration, custom documents, eSign documents, a customer web portal, progress billing, and recurring invoicing. The plans list unlimited users.
Its strongest fit is for service businesses that need more than basic scheduling. The technician mobile app handles schedules, work orders, invoices, and payments, and offline mode automatically synchronizes when connectivity returns. Route planning, route optimization, GPS fleet tracking, online or in-field payment collection, recurring service agreements, and customer portals extend the platform across the service lifecycle. QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Stripe integrations support the surrounding finance and payment workflows. Teams seeking a lower-cost or free entry point should look elsewhere; teams that need broad paid FSM functionality and can match the plan to their required tools should consider Service Fusion.
