Service Anchor is a cloud-based CRM and field-service platform for small home-service businesses, including window-cleaning companies. It brings lead management, estimates, scheduling, dispatch, technician views, job tracking, invoicing, payments, messaging, customer history, and trade-specific price books into one workflow. Solo operators and teams running one to five trucks can use the field interface from a phone or tablet browser, while setup and administration are intended for a computer. Its strongest fit is a business that wants configurable workflows in a browser rather than a dedicated mobile application.

Pricing is presented as monthly, per company. Wave 1 is $29 and includes all features, up to 5 users, and texting and calling. Wave 2 is $59 with the same listed highlights, while Solo is $79 with every feature included, up to 5 users, and texting and calling. A 14-day free trial is available, and there is no free plan. The published pricing reference identifies Wave 2 at $59 per month, so buyers should pay attention to which plan and pricing context apply to their account. Across the plans, the feature structure does not show a clear paid-tier expansion beyond the plan names and prices.

For day-to-day operations, Service Anchor covers estimates and branded proposals, a calendar and dispatch board, route optimization, automatic invoicing, Stripe payment links, technician roles and permissions, and rule-based automations. Its listed integrations include Stripe, Twilio, OpenRouteService, Clerk, Amazon Web Services, and Resend. The trade-off is platform scope: it runs on the web, has no mobile app, and does not list accounting sync. Choose it if browser-based access, configurable service workflows, routing, communications, and payments matter most. Businesses requiring a native mobile app or accounting integration should consider a different fit.
