ServeFlow: Worship Planner is a free worship service planning app from Rezumab LLC for worship leaders and volunteer musicians. It brings service orders, song sets, keys, BPM, role assignments, team availability, checklists, and notifications into one iPhone or iPad workflow. Teams can organize sections and songs, assign band, vocal, and technical responsibilities, and coordinate multilingual lyrics and scripture content.

For recurring services, the planning tools cover the core preparation cycle. A service can be saved as a reusable template or duplicated for a future date, reducing repeated entry for familiar formats. The searchable song library adds lyrics, keys, and reference tracks, while availability and service participation help leaders coordinate volunteers. Automatic reminders, push notifications for assignments or plan changes, and setup and teardown checklists extend the app beyond a simple setlist.

The main trade-off is platform scope. ServeFlow is available for iPhone and iPad, so it fits teams that already organize worship work around iOS devices, but it is less suitable for groups needing broader device coverage or integrations with other church systems. Its focus is also deliberately narrow: worship service planning and team coordination rather than general church administration. Choose ServeFlow when a free, mobile-first workflow covers your needs; consider an alternative when cross-platform access or connected software workflows are priorities.

ServeFlow: Worship Planner pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Free planning with orders, roles, templates, and service duplication
    • Song library includes lyrics, keys, BPM, and reference tracks
    • Availability, reminders, checklists, and push notifications support coordination
  • Where it doesn't
    • Available only on iPhone and iPad
    • No integrations are listed for broader team workflows
    • Best suited to worship planning rather than wider church operations
