Sergio is a cloud-based field service management platform for window-cleaning businesses. It brings customer, property, job, communication, and recurring-schedule records into one system, alongside scheduling, dispatch, quoting, invoicing, payment processing, customer portals, and crew management. Web, iOS, and Android access support office and field teams, while offline-first mobile apps are designed for work in areas with limited connectivity. Its feature set fits growing crews that need more operational control than a basic scheduling tool.

The published monthly plans range from Starter at $59 to Business at $699. Starter includes business phone and SMS, payment processing, expense tracking, route optimization, quoting, and invoicing. Growth costs $179 per month and adds full VoIP calling, receipt scanning, geofence automation, and company branding. Professional is $399 per month, adding QuickBooks integration, lead management CRM, and team management. Business adds advanced analytics, custom fields and workflows, daily checklists, and unlimited SMS and calling. This tier structure puts the more advanced financial, team, and workflow controls behind higher monthly commitments.

Sergio’s strongest fit is for businesses coordinating multiple crews, recurring jobs, routes, and customer communications. GPS tracking, geofences, crew performance reporting, weather forecasting, and rescheduling alerts connect field activity with daily planning. Stripe, Telnyx, Mapbox, and QuickBooks support its payments, communications, mapping, and accounting ecosystem, with QuickBooks available on Professional and above. Smaller operators may find the starting price difficult to justify if they need only estimates, scheduling, and payments. Larger teams that value route planning, offline mobile access, and detailed crew controls should find the broader platform more aligned with their needs.

Sergio pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Algorithmic route optimization supports multi-stop planning and navigation.
    • Offline iOS and Android apps support field work without a connection.
    • Crew GPS, geofences, weather alerts, and customer portals cover key operations.
  • Where it doesn't
    • The $59 monthly starting price may not suit smaller firms.
    • QuickBooks integration is only included from the Professional plan.
    • Advanced workflows and unlimited calling require the Business plan.
