Sensified Cold Chain Visibility Platform combines reusable cloud-connected NFC temperature loggers with web-based shipment visibility. It is designed for laboratories, clinical trials, pharmaceutical and diagnostic shipments, palletized logistics, last-mile delivery, and other temperature-sensitive workflows. Teams can record temperature history, set threshold and completion notifications, and add shipment context such as carrier information, photos, notes, barcode scans, and location tags. Smartphone and NFC access does not require a dedicated app, supporting checkpoint-based workflows from shipment start through completion.
The published volume pricing is organized around device plans. Seguro 150 costs $15 per device and is designed for internal, non-regulated shipments and lane validation. Seguro 160 costs $25 per device and adds NIST-traceable, downloadable, digitally signed calibration documentation for regulated pharmaceutical and perishable shipments and clinical trials. The vendor says there are no recurring fees and that platform cost is included in device prices. This structure suits organizations comparing shipment-level device costs, while the higher tier is the clearer fit where calibration documentation is part of the workflow.
Sensified’s strongest fit is a focused cold-chain process built around checkpoints, temperature profiles, alerts, and exportable records. PDF, Excel, and JSON exports support downstream record handling, while APIs connect with ERP systems, TMS systems, and Power BI; the platform also includes carrier shipment information. Choose it when reusable NFC logging and shipment context matter more than a broad multi-platform application. Teams that need a free plan or a wider platform footprint should consider alternatives.
