Sendwithus is a web and API platform for managing transactional and triggered email templates outside application source code. It suits teams that need structured template operations, including HTML, CSS, and Jinja editing, dynamic content, localized templates, reusable snippets, permissions, and delivery through an existing email service provider. Founded in 2013, the product also supports drip campaigns, analytics, email logs, and REST API access for sending and rendering emails.

The plan structure is organized around collaboration and governance. Starter includes universal styling, a drag-and-drop builder, a custom code editor, commenting, AMP email support, and API access. Teams adds user management and approval workflows while retaining the core editing and API capabilities. Teams+ adds custom themes, workspaces, export via API, SAML SSO, premium support, and an SLA. There is no free plan, so Sendwithus is aimed at teams prepared to adopt a paid template-management product rather than those evaluating transactional email tools at no cost.
