SendThisFax review
A focused outbound fax service for occasional international sending.

SendThisFax is a web-based outbound fax service for individuals and teams that need to send PDF documents without maintaining a subscription. The workflow is direct: upload a PDF, enter an international fax number, pay once, and receive email delivery confirmation. PDFs can be up to 50 MB and 1,000 pages. It does not require an account or subscription, making it a fit for occasional sending rather than ongoing fax operations.
The published Pay per fax plan costs €5 per fax as a one-time charge. It includes no subscription, EU-based servers, automatic retries for busy lines, real-time fax status tracking, email delivery confirmation, and an automatic refund if delivery fails. International fax-number support broadens its use beyond domestic sending, while GDPR compliance and EU-based infrastructure may suit organizations with European data-handling requirements. VAT varies by billing country, so the final amount can differ from the displayed price.
SendThisFax also offers REST API access, prepaid fax credits, and an MCP server for AI agents. These options make it more suitable for developers and automated workflows than a basic browser-only fax tool. Its focus remains narrow: sending outbound faxes. There is no inbound faxing, mobile app, or recurring plan, so organizations that need a persistent fax number, regular high-volume sending, or mobile access should choose a broader fax platform. SendThisFax is strongest for occasional international outbound jobs where one-time billing, delivery visibility, and automatic failure refunds matter.
