Sendmore is a desktop video editor for Windows and macOS aimed at video podcasters, educators, solo YouTubers, and content teams working with long-form footage. Its central approach is to propose timeline changes rather than apply them immediately. Users can inspect, approve, reject, or batch-apply suggestions for cuts, captions, chapters, audio cleanup, color adjustments, B-roll, and graphics. Core editing and transcription are designed around on-device processing.

The plan structure makes the free tier a useful starting point for basic editing. Free includes core timeline editing, 1080p export, on-device transcription, and manual cuts and captions. Creator costs $20 per month when billed monthly and adds 4K export, AI-proposed silence cuts, caption batch generation, audio cleanup, and chapter markers. Pro costs $35 per month when billed monthly, adding B-roll and graphics AI, multiple camera support, a render queue, priority support, and an advanced review queue. These are expected launch plans for waitlist members, and the product is currently in private beta.

Sendmore’s strongest fit is for editors who want a checkpoint between AI suggestions and the finished edit. Reviewable AI timeline diffs, silence and filler removal proposals, synced captions, noise reduction, mic hum removal, volume balancing, and approval workflows support a controlled editing process. The platform also includes color and B-roll suggestions, with broader production features available on Pro. It is less suitable for teams that require a broader platform ecosystem or non-desktop access, since it supports only Windows and macOS and has no verified integrations. Choose Sendmore for review-led AI assistance on long-form video; choose an alternative if direct automation, wider platform support, or established integrations matter more.
