SendGround is a cloud-based last-mile logistics platform for delivery operators, couriers, retailers, e-commerce businesses, distributors, and other delivery-intensive organizations. It brings order intake, AI route optimization, automatic driver assignment, fleet visibility, customer tracking, arrival windows, delivery notifications, proof of delivery, billing, warehouse operations, inventory, fulfillment, analytics, and integrations into one system. A driver app provides turn-by-turn navigation, while QR and barcode scanning, digital signatures, and delivery photos support delivery execution and evidence collection.
The published plans are Starter, Team, Business, and Enterprise. Starter and Team include all SendGround features. Business adds priority support. Enterprise adds custom plans, dedicated deployment or self-hosted OEM, custom SLAs, SSO, and assisted onboarding. According to the vendor's pricing page, pricing requires contacting sales rather than selecting a published price. WhatsApp, SMS, and AI chatbot messaging are billed separately by usage, which is an important consideration for operations that rely heavily on automated customer communications.
SendGround's main distinction is breadth: it covers both last-mile execution and fulfillment workflows, including warehouse, inventory, picking, billing, rates, driver settlements, and payment collection. Its ecosystem includes MercadoLibre, Shopify, WooCommerce, Fenicio, and Luna, with an open API for additional integration work. AI features extend from constraint-based routing to conversational agents and Business Copilot. It suits organizations that want delivery and fulfillment managed together. Teams seeking only a focused dispatch tool may find its wider operational scope unnecessary, while larger organizations may prefer Enterprise features for deployment, identity, service-level, and onboarding requirements.
