Seenu Kiosk is self-ordering software and dedicated kiosk hardware for quick-service and fast-casual restaurants. Its visual menu supports photos, prices, promotions, sold-out items, upsells, configurable modifiers, and order review before submission. Customers can pay by card or contactless through Square Terminal, print receipts, and send orders toward kitchen operations. Restaurants that want a Square-based kiosk setup are the clearest fit, while those seeking a software-only or lower-cost deployment may find the ownership model less suitable.

Pricing has three components. The software subscription is USD 89 per kiosk per month and includes ordering software, updates while active, and basic remote technical support. Hardware is offered in four configurations: H desktop hardware costs USD 1799, H floor stand hardware costs USD 2099, X desktop hardware costs USD 2099, and X floor stand hardware costs USD 2499. The H models use 21.5-inch kiosk hardware, while the X models use 23.8-inch hardware. Standard setup costs USD 500 one-time and covers installation, menu and option setup, plus order, payment, receipt, and routing checks. Square Terminal, shipping, taxes, processing fees, and extra equipment are separate.

Square is the central platform fit, with direct POS connection and Square Terminal payments. Seenu Kiosk also lists Toast and Clover integrations, while standalone operation supports restaurants using other POS systems. Orders can route to a kitchen printer or KDS, subject to compatibility confirmation, and the kiosk includes a built-in receipt printer. That combination suits restaurants prioritizing dedicated hardware, visual ordering, and kitchen routing. Choose an alternative if you need a lower upfront commitment, broader confirmed POS compatibility, or a deployment without a per-kiosk monthly fee.
