SecurityTrax is a cloud-based operating platform for security dealers and smart-service providers. It brings lead and customer lifecycle management, calendar scheduling, technician dispatch, connected work orders, equipment inventory, invoices, recurring billing, electronic documents, messaging, reporting, and accounting workflows into one system. The product is aimed at office teams, technicians, accounting staff, and business operators managing installations, service, monitoring, and recurring customer relationships.
Pricing is built around a $250 monthly minimum, billed monthly. That minimum includes unlimited standard users, customer onboarding, storage, recurring invoicing, SMS, and 5,000 monthly SecurityTrax Tokens. New signups also pay a $250 one-time site setup fee. Usage-based charges include $3 per new customer per month, counted toward the monthly minimum, and $0.15 per active customer per month for storage, recurring invoicing, payment handling, and SMS. Operations Plus costs $5 per active user per month and adds QuickBooks Online sync, advanced inventory operations, payable automation, license management, and SSO.
The platform’s breadth is its main strength. Equipment workflows cover purchase orders, transfers, and RMAs, while billing includes payments, statements, and credits. Integrations span Alarm.com, QuickBooks Online, Twilio, ADT Dealer Program, Brinks, central stations, payment providers, equipment vendors, and the SecurityTrax API. API access and workflow automation support connections beyond the listed integrations, and AI-assisted work, address intelligence, and automation extend the feature set. Security firms seeking one system for the full customer and service lifecycle should consider SecurityTrax. Smaller firms with simple scheduling needs, limited recurring operations, or low monthly usage may find the minimum and additional fees harder to justify.
