ScreenMoove CMS is a cloud-hosted digital signage platform for creating layouts, uploading media, scheduling campaigns and managing displays from a central web interface. It is suited to restaurants, retail, education, healthcare, corporate spaces and multi-site operations that need remote control across screens. The web-based CMS supports images, video, audio, text, Flash, HTML Package, PDF, PowerPoint, web pages and widgets, with playback and player communication across web, Windows, Linux, Android and API environments.

Pricing is charged monthly per display. Professional costs £3.50 per display per month and includes cloud hosting, version upgrades, help desk support and compatibility with open-source or commercial players. Business costs £5.50 and adds 6GB bandwidth, priority help desk support, SAML support and five concurrent dashboards. Enterprise costs £9 and adds 8GB bandwidth, high-priority help desk support, 15 concurrent dashboards, plus extended proof-of-play and audit-log retention. There is no free plan, but the per-display structure keeps the entry tier focused on predictable network costs.

For operational control, ScreenMoove combines multi-zone layout editing with one-off, recurring and campaign scheduling, multi-screen and multi-site management, dashboards, offline playback, proof-of-play reporting, user groups and multi-level sharing permissions. API access supports third-party applications and data synchronization, while two-factor authentication adds an account-security control. The listed integration is Pixabay, so organizations needing a broad prebuilt integration ecosystem should look elsewhere. Choose ScreenMoove when scheduling depth, permissions and cost per display matter most; choose an alternative if extensive native integrations are central to the deployment.
