Screenivo review
A low-cost signage option for small teams running Android displays.

Screenivo is a digital signage platform for cafes, restaurants, retail stores, offices, hotels, gyms, and other venues. It lets teams upload images, videos, and PDFs, arrange content into timed playlists, pair screens with a PIN, and manage displays remotely from a browser. Playback is available through a browser-based player and an Android TV application, making the product a practical fit for small operations with straightforward display needs.
The pricing is simple. The Free plan costs nothing and includes all features, one screen, and 1 GB of storage. The Get Started plan costs $5 per additional screen per month, billed monthly, and includes every feature with unlimited storage. This structure makes Screenivo suitable for a single display at no cost, while adding screens remains easy to understand. The paid tier is mainly about expanding screen capacity and storage rather than unlocking a separate feature set.
Screenivo’s strongest capabilities are focused on core signage operations: media storage, playlist ordering and timing, real-time content updates, cached offline playback, and browser-based remote management. Its scope is narrower than platforms with broader ecosystem coverage, with support centered on web and Android. The product does not include documented roles, integrations, an API, or a separate mobile management app. Choose Screenivo if you need inexpensive Android signage with basic remote control and a small number of screens. Consider another product if your deployment requires wider platform support, connected business systems, advanced account controls, or developer access.
