SchoolAuction.net is web-based fundraising software for schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations. It supports silent, live, online, mobile, virtual, and hybrid auctions, plus ticketed events, donations, campaigns, stores, and contests. Organizations can create branded event websites and manage guests, donors, items, tickets, bidding, check-in, checkout, payments, and post-event reports. Bidders participate through a web browser without downloading an app, making the platform a fit for schools that want one system for auction operations and related fundraising activities.

Pricing is organized around nonprofit and corporate versions. Acorn starts at $79 per event for nonprofits and $199 per event for corporate organizations, with pay-as-you-grow pricing and performance fees. Essentials costs $1,000 per year for nonprofits and $2,000 per year for corporate organizations, with traditional fundraising tools and no performance fee. Plus costs $1,500 or $2,500 per year and adds unlimited event sites, mobile bidding, Aathons, text-to-give, talent contests, and use of an existing credit-card processor. Professional costs $2,000 or $3,000 per year and adds virtual live auctions, hybrid auction tools, personal webinars, and phone support.

Its main strength is breadth. Alongside auction formats, SchoolAuction.net includes registration, guest management, check-in, self-checkout, payment processing through Deluxe and other supported processors, custom reports, one-click CSV exports, and email and text notifications. Training and event-day support are also available. The trade-off is a paid, web-only model with fees that vary by plan. Schools seeking a comprehensive event system should consider it; organizations needing only a narrow auction tool or a free option may prefer a simpler alternative.
