Schedulous Kiosk Check-In is a self-service check-in feature for gyms and studios. It runs on a front-desk tablet and lets members check in with a four-digit PIN or a name search, select among available classes, and update attendance records automatically. The kiosk supports multiple simultaneous classes, while administrators and coaches see roster changes in real time. It fits busy front desks, open-gym sessions, kids programs, and facilities without dedicated reception staff. Members can also check in from mobile devices, while the wider product covers reservations, scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting across web, iOS, and Android.

Pricing is structured across three paid monthly plans. Base costs $97 per month and includes member management, memberships and plans, check-ins and reservations, class scheduling, front desk tools, and dashboard and metrics. Growth costs $147 per month and lists the same highlights. Scale costs $297 per month and also lists the same highlights, although the pricing page identifies Scale as coming soon. There is no free plan. The product is therefore most suitable for studios that want a paid operating system around kiosk check-in rather than a standalone low-cost attendance tool.

Its clearest strength is the class-flow experience: members can choose among available sessions, attendance records update automatically, and staff can view roster changes in real time. The branded member mobile app extends that flow beyond the front desk. The main trade-off is the lack of QR check-in, which may matter to facilities built around scan-based entry. Studios looking for PIN or name-based self-service, mobile check-in, scheduling, and reporting should find the feature set well aligned; facilities prioritizing QR entry or a clearly established multi-location setup should consider alternatives.
