Schedulera AI Scheduling Agent coordinates meetings through email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Slack, as well as conventional booking pages. It is aimed at coaches, freelancers, creators, and small teams that want to schedule from existing messages rather than always sending a booking link. After users connect Gmail and a calendar, the agent can read availability, propose and rank candidate times, explain its reasoning, and book once participants agree. It also supports passive email-thread and direct-message modes, session recaps with summaries and action items, recurring bookings, polls, reminders, and review collection.

The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes a booking page, unlimited session types and bookings, Google Calendar and iCal sync, recurring bookings, scheduling polls, automatic reminders, and review collection. The AI plan is $9.95 per month and adds the email-based assistant, meeting-time negotiation and booking, and SMS, WhatsApp, and Slack commands. Company costs $19.95 per month and adds five team member seats, a company page, and per-member booking pages and calendars. Enterprise adds seats beyond five and dedicated support; no price is stated here. The plans make it possible to start with link-based scheduling, then pay for message-driven coordination or team features as needed.

Calendar and meeting connections include Google Calendar, iCal, Microsoft Outlook, Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, with Zapier and Make also listed. That breadth helps teams fit the agent into common calendars and meeting workflows, while Slack adds a direct messaging route. One boundary matters: autonomous rescheduling is not a current capability; suggestions require approval. Round-robin scheduling is available for up to five seats, with larger teams requiring Enterprise. Choose Schedulera if negotiating across channels is more important than autonomous rescheduling or larger-scale team routing; those needs may point elsewhere.
