ScatterSpoke is a web-based retrospective and team feedback platform for individuals, small teams, growing organizations, and enterprise-wide feedback programs. Teams can choose guided or open-board retrospectives, collect feedback cards, comment on ideas, vote or blind-vote on priorities, and preserve a summary. Anonymous feedback, reusable formats, surveys, AI theme analysis, and follow-up workflows make it suited to teams that want structured reflection alongside ongoing feedback collection.
The plan structure gives teams a clear entry point. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes unlimited static surveys and responses, basic signal detection, MCP access, and social logins. Pro costs $29 per seat per month when billed monthly and adds follow-ups, anonymous responses, integrations, MCP access to results, and white-label branding. Business costs $149 per month and adds teams, roles, groups, shared templates, API access, priority support, and SSO available as an add-on. Enterprise adds unlimited usage, organization-wide AI, SSO/SAML and SCIM, audit logs, data residency, custom integrations, and a dedicated customer success manager.
