ScanMail Greece is a virtual mailbox service for people and businesses that need an Athens mailing address while managing mail online. It receives letters and parcels, scans incoming mail with OCR, and uploads digital copies to its customer portal. Web access and mobile access through the partnered Anytime Mailbox apps make it relevant to Greek users who need to handle mail while away, including expats, travelers and digital nomads. The service also offers business addresses for Greek tax purposes and document and photo digitization.
The monthly plans set clear limits for incoming letters and opened scans. Essentials costs €19 per month including VAT and covers 5 incoming letters, 2 opened and scanned, unlimited shredding or recycling, and 1 user or mail recipient. Standard is €29 per month including VAT, with 10 incoming letters, 5 opened and scanned, unlimited shredding or recycling, and 2 recipients. Premium is €49 per month including VAT, covering 30 incoming letters, 15 opened and scanned, unlimited shredding or recycling, and 5 recipients. Enterprise plans are adapted to business needs, with a personalized offer available from ScanMail. The published plan details make recipient and scan allowances central to choosing a tier.
Mail handling extends beyond digitized letters: customers can request worldwide forwarding, shredding, recycling or on-site collection, and the service accepts packages for international reshipping. This mix suits people who need a Greek address and options for routing physical items as well as viewing scans. It is less suited to someone seeking an unlimited scanning allowance or broader support channels: the listed plans specify scan counts, and support is provided by email. Consider ScanMail if an Athens address, parcel handling and remote access matter; look elsewhere if those location-specific services are not a fit.
