Sawyer is registration and management software for children's activity businesses, including camps, schools, studios, and educational providers. It supports in-person and online activities, recurring semester schedules, camps, appointments, drop-ins, class packs, memberships, and parties. Organizations can publish schedules, accept registrations and payments, manage rosters and attendance, assign locations and instructors, communicate with families, and report on enrollment and revenue. Family profiles, customer registration, a website booking widget, and Sawyer's marketplace make it suited to businesses serving parents and children across recurring programs.
Pricing is organized into Launch, Grow, Scale, and Enterprise. Launch costs $71 per month billed annually or $79 per month billed monthly, with class management and attendance, basic reporting, standard customer forms, in-person and online activities, and Constant Contact and Mailchimp integrations. Grow costs $189 annually or $219 monthly and adds advanced scheduling, waitlists, custom forms, payment plans and monthly billing, plus user roles and permissions. Scale costs $379 annually or $399 monthly and adds advanced reporting, custom payment methods, Zapier, a dedicated account manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel support. Enterprise provides enterprise-level business support, franchise support, and custom plan configuration. A 14-day trial is available.
Sawyer's ecosystem includes Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Zapier, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Zoom. Its web-based platform can connect booking and registration with an organization's website through an embedded widget, while reminders and email messaging support ongoing family communication. The feature set is broad for businesses that need scheduling, attendance, payments, waitlists, and family records in one system. Businesses seeking a native mobile platform, a free plan, or advanced capabilities without moving to higher tiers should consider a different fit; Sawyer is better suited to children's activity organizations that prioritize family accounts and recurring program management.
