Saral Accounts is GST-enabled accounting and billing software from Relyon Softech Ltd. for trading, retail, distribution and service organizations. For salons, its relevant coverage includes GST accounting, service invoicing, inventory, sales and purchase transactions, recurring invoices, financial reports and auditor access. The product also supports voucher entry, account books, GST returns, e-invoicing, e-way bills, TDS management and mobile integration for orders, live stock and collection details.

The pricing page presents four annual per-user plans: Saral Bronze at INR 7,500, Saral Silver at INR 15,000, Saral Gold at INR 12,000 and Saral Diamond at INR 25,000. Bronze includes local-language invoices, credit and debit notes, barcode tools, receipt handling, statutory reports and returns, and e-invoicing. Silver adds group-of-companies support, loyalty points, multiple-counter billing and weighing-machine integration. Gold adds GST-enabled accounting, service invoicing, inventory management and bank reconciliation. Diamond adds AMC and warranty management, schemes management, SMS integration and push mail. Separate per-user prices are also listed for Bronze at INR 3,000, Silver at INR 4,000, Gold at INR 3,500 and Diamond at INR 6,000.

Its strongest fit is for a salon that needs formal Indian tax accounting alongside operational records. Bank and general-ledger reconciliation, profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance and cash-flow reports give the accounting side meaningful depth, while auditor login can support external review. Mobile app integration, digital signatures, SMS, push mail and online-merchant connections broaden its working environment. The trade-off is focus: Saral Accounts is positioned for several business sectors, not specifically salon operations. Salons seeking specialized appointment, staff, treatment or customer-management workflows should consider a more narrowly focused alternative; salons prioritizing GST, billing, inventory and audit workflows should choose Saral Accounts.

Saral Accounts pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • GST returns, e-invoicing, TDS and financial statements
    • Separate auditor login for review and remarks
    • Inventory, recurring invoices and mobile app integration
  • Where it doesn't
    • Designed for broad business sectors rather than salons specifically
    • No free plan is available
    • Pricing is split across annual and other per-user listings
