SandwichPOS brings a branded restaurant website, direct online ordering, menu management, tablet POS, kitchen tickets, customer records, and sales reporting into one platform. It is aimed at independent operators and small restaurant chains, including sandwich shops, burger restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, food trucks, takeout restaurants, and multi-location businesses. Restaurants can support pickup and scheduled orders, manage modifiers and combos, apply coupons, tips, and service fees, and track orders through the website, dashboard, POS, and kitchen workflow.

The plans expand from website presence to operational coverage. Website Starter costs $149 per month and includes a branded website, menu upload, mobile responsive design, basic SEO setup, an onboarding dashboard, and monthly website support. Growth Ordering costs $199 per month and adds online ordering setup, an Order Online button, a catering and inquiry section, payment readiness, and admin order visibility. POS Complete costs $299 per month and adds live SandwichPOS POS, front-counter order entry, kitchen display workflow, staff and location setup, and POS menu sync. Multi-Location / Custom costs $399 per month and adds multi-location setup, advanced onboarding, custom website structure, advanced support, menu and location coordination, and a custom integrations review.

Its strongest fit is a restaurant that wants website ordering and front-of-house and kitchen workflows managed together. The feature set also covers customer profiles, order history, favorites, tags, reporting by day, channel, location, or item, and staff login with role permissions. However, the platform is web-based, and the listed Square payment connection is coming soon. Restaurants that need a wider established integration ecosystem, a currently available Square connection, or channels beyond website ordering should compare alternatives. SandwichPOS is more suitable for operators prioritizing a unified website, ordering, POS, and kitchen setup than for businesses selecting primarily on integration breadth.
