A cloud platform for managing access across offices and managed properties.

SALTO KS is a cloud-based access control platform for businesses and multi-site organizations. It is designed for administrators managing users, doors, credentials, access schedules, events, and locations across offices, connected buildings, and managed properties. Web, iOS, and Android applications support day-to-day administration, while digital keys, mobile credentials, PINs, and physical tags give organizations multiple ways to manage entry. The platform also supports doors, automated entrances, and gates.
Its access-management scope is broad for organizations that need more than basic door control. Administrators can remotely unlock doors, define time-based access schedules and timeframes, invite guests through pods, and review access events through activity logs and reporting. Support for locations and multi-site administration makes the platform relevant to distributed properties. Third-party integrations include Nexudus, OfficeRnD, RoomRaccoon, Spaceti, and Stardekk, while the REST API supports connections with other building and business software.
SALTO KS offers Salto KS Lite with essential cloud-based access control features and Salto KS Pro, which includes Lite features plus additional smart-space features. New sites receive a seven-day Pro feature period, providing a temporary way to evaluate the higher tier. The platform should suit property operators and office teams that need mobile credentials, guest workflows, schedules, logs, and remote access management across connected sites. Organizations seeking a narrower door-only tool may not need its broader location, integration, and smart-space capabilities.
