SalesPlay POS is a cloud point-of-sale system for retail, restaurants, cafés and other businesses, with checkout, barcode scanning, receipts, discounts, customer and inventory management, employee roles, offline sales capture, multi-store controls and sales reporting. It runs on web, Windows, iOS and Android, with API access also listed. The free core covers point of sale, back office, inventory management and multi-store management, making it a fit for small shops and budget pilots that need more than checkout alone.

The modular pricing matters as a shop’s needs grow. The core POS is labeled free. Employee Management is $4 per employee per month and adds roles, access rights, login alerts and sales by employee. Advanced Inventory costs $20 per shop per month and adds purchase orders, goods receive notes, inventory history reports and stock management. Unlimited Sales Data is $4 per month for unlimited sales history, trend analysis and report export; SalesPlay AI for Business Intelligence is $10 per month for natural-language questions, charts and custom reports. Add-on trials range from 14 to 30 days, and do not require card details to start.

Its operating breadth is useful for shops managing multiple locations: centralized data, stock transfers, sales reports by product, payment type and store, and receipts that can be printed or shared by email and WhatsApp are included among the capabilities. The integrations list includes PAX, Wallee, PhonePe, Paystack, Teya and Dynamic QR (UPI), among 15 named options. Choose SalesPlay if a free starting point, offline sales capture and optional modules match your rollout. Shops seeking advanced purchasing workflows or unlimited sales history should account for the monthly add-on costs; the $20-per-shop inventory module is a notable step up from the free core.
