Saldovi is a web-based rental property management platform for European landlords, property investors and small property-management firms. It brings short-term bookings and long-term leases into one system, with tenant and guest records, rent payment recording, late fees, expenses, mortgages, utilities and per-property profit-and-loss reporting. It is particularly suited to investors managing a mixed portfolio who need operational records and financial visibility in the same workspace.
The published plans show four tiers, with Solo at €19 per month or €190 per year, Growth at €49 per month or €490 per year, Portfolio at €99 per month or €990 per year, and Business at €199 per month or €1,990 per year. Annual billing starts at €16 per month, and a 14-day free trial is available. Solo includes receipt scans, PDF/CSV exports, mortgage and utility tracking, and inventory, shopping and service-visit workflows. Growth adds advanced analytics, per-booking profit and bill reconciliation, role-based team access, a private guest portal, iCal calendar feeds and push notifications. Portfolio adds financial redaction, a combined calendar feed, full role-based access and priority support, while Business supports up to 40 properties and 25 users.
Saldovi’s strongest area is portfolio-level administration for owners who want detailed records rather than a narrow booking calendar. Receipt scans, amortisation, utility meters, rent records, tenant profiles, house manuals and service-visit workflows cover a broad set of landlord tasks, while financial redaction and role controls support shared access. The trade-off is scope: online rent collection is not included, the product is web-only, and integrations are limited. Choose Saldovi for mixed rental portfolios that prioritize financial tracking and access controls; choose another product if mobile apps, connected services or built-in rent collection are essential.
