SahiSay Reconciliation is an account reconciliation product for individuals, small businesses, accountants, CA firms, and growing teams. Users upload bank statements and accounting exports, then match entries with AI assistance, narration patterns, cheque heuristics, fuzzy party names, and handling for return-cheque, date-offset, and cross-account cases. It supports CSV, Excel, and PDF bank statements, with filters for matched, unmatched, probable, and return-cheque statuses. Reconciled reports can be exported to PDF, Excel, CSV, or JSON.

The freemium structure makes the product accessible for smaller reconciliation workloads. Free includes five reconciliations per day, unlimited transactions per file, match-result viewing, PDF export, and reconciliation history. Pro adds unlimited reconciliations, expanded exports, the Auto-Fix desktop app through VyaparApp, API access, and team collaboration. Ultra keeps the same reconciliation and export capabilities, while API access and team collaboration are marked coming soon. Custom & Max adds webhooks and Zapier integrations, custom narration patterns, custom report compatibility, custom automation actions, priority phone and email support, and on-premise deployment.

Platform coverage is a practical strength: SahiSay Reconciliation is available on the web, Windows, iOS, Android, and as a Chrome extension. Its focus is reconciliation rather than a broad accounting suite, with integrations centered on VyaparApp, Tally, and Zoho Books. The product fits small businesses and accounting professionals that need flexible statement parsing, edge-case handling, history, and multiple export formats without committing to a larger workflow system. Teams needing mature approval processes, broader verified integrations, or fully available collaboration and API capabilities should consider whether the selected plan meets those requirements.
