SafeNeat is a paid parental control platform for families managing children’s screen time, app access, web activity, location and safety alerts. Parents can configure controls through a web dashboard or parent app, including daily limits, recurring schedules, bedtime rules, bonus-time requests, app restrictions, content categories and geofences. Child-device support currently covers Android and Windows, while iOS parent-app support is listed as coming soon. The product is particularly suited to households that need core controls alongside location tracking, device actions and safety notifications.
Pricing is straightforward across two annual plans. Basic costs €40 per year and includes screen-time limits and schedules, bedtime and bonus time, app blocking, website categories, web filtering, SafeSearch, real-time location, geofence alerts and activity reports. It covers up to 6 children with 4 devices per child. Ultimate costs €70 per year and includes everything in Basic, plus SMS and call-log insights, chat-app monitoring, browser history and searches, YouTube activity and AI safety alerts. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. The paid structure makes Basic the more practical choice for families focused on routine management and filtering, while Ultimate is aimed at parents seeking broader activity visibility.
The feature set extends beyond basic screen-time scheduling. Parents can review app-usage charts, remotely lock or ring devices, and configure SOS alerts and emergency contacts. Real-time location and geofence alerts add a safety layer for families that want notifications tied to a child’s movements. SafeNeat’s narrower platform coverage is the main consideration for households with child devices outside Android and Windows. Families using supported devices and wanting controls, reports, location and alerts in one service should find the scope well aligned; families requiring current iOS child-device support should choose an alternative.
