Safe Food Pro is food-safety management software for restaurants, caterers, cafés, bakeries, and other food businesses. It combines a web administration console with an Android app for completing forms, recording checks, assigning staff tasks, monitoring temperatures, and preparing verifier-ready reports. Its coverage extends from daily food-safety checklists to supplier, delivery, equipment, training, and staff-signing workflows. Multi-site operators also get group dashboards and reporting, while offline access supports work when connectivity is limited. The product is positioned for Australian and New Zealand food and hospitality businesses and supports FSANZ- and HACCP-aligned processes.
Pricing is structured around Professional, Premium, and Enterprise plans. Professional costs AUD 102 per site per month with monthly billing, or AUD 91 per site per month with annual billing. Both Professional listings include team management, full reporting, day-to-day checklists, live messaging and notifications, and a customizable dashboard view. Premium adds group-level reporting, visibility across locations, user and visitor check-in and check-out, and a customizable mobile home screen; pricing is quote-based. Enterprise includes a customized rollout plan, a dedicated customer success manager, and training videos. There is also a 14-day free trial, but no free plan.
The strongest fit is a team that wants digital records tied to temperature sensors, scheduled tasks, corrective-action tracking, escalations, and reporting for audits or verifiers. Bluetooth temperature probes and wireless temperature sensors provide the listed integration points, while staff PIN signing and task traceability add accountability. Safe Food Pro is less suitable for businesses seeking a free option, a clearly published Premium price, or a broader platform footprint beyond web and Android. Teams with multiple locations, supplier and equipment records, or a need for offline mobile workflows should find its feature coverage relevant; smaller operators with simple checklist needs may not need its wider operational scope.
