RTOPilot is a browser-based training management and student management platform for Australian Registered Training Organisations. It brings together class scheduling, online learner enrolment and payments, trainer access, attendance tracking, learning delivery, certificates, reminders and student portals. Its scope suits short-course and higher-volume providers delivering face-to-face, online or blended training, especially those that need operational workflows connected to Australian compliance administration.
Its strongest fit is the combination of delivery and compliance functions. Teams can manage classes through a visual calendar, give trainers access to classes, resources and attendance, and capture classroom attendance with QR-code sign-in.
