RTG Conflicts is Windows software for law firms that need to screen potential clients and opposing parties for possible conflicts of interest. It stores opposing-party information, corporate officers, and family relationships, giving firms a structured place to retain relationship details alongside client and matter names. Its fit is clearest for Windows-based firms seeking basic conflict checking at a low one-time cost, particularly those already working with RTG Bills.

According to the vendor's pricing information, the starting license costs $25 per user as a one-time payment. A 45-day free trial is available, and an additional user license costs $25 one time for an existing RTG Conflicts installation. The product does not have a free plan. Its core workflow covers entering potential clients and opposing parties, then manually searching existing records for possible conflicts. That keeps the scope focused, but firms looking for automated search workflows should consider another option.

RTG Conflicts also supports shared use of a central database on a network and can read client and matter names from RTG Bills. That makes RTG Bills the key ecosystem connection, rather than a broad platform strategy. The Windows PC version was discontinued in July 2025, and RTG Conflicts Online is the vendor's replacement; it is included with RTG Bills Online subscriptions. Firms needing a current Windows PC product should not choose this version. Firms evaluating the legacy software for existing installations may find its low one-time licensing and focused relationship records useful, while new buyers should review the online replacement instead.
