Maintenance-focused fleet tools with annual per-asset pricing and telematics integrations.

RTA Fleet Management, also described as Fleet360, is a fleet management information system for public-sector and in-house fleet operations. Its scope spans assets, equipment and tools, maintenance and repair workflows, digital driver and technician inspections, parts, fuel, accident management, dashboards and reports. It is aimed at teams that need to coordinate maintenance and operational records across a fleet, rather than buyers seeking a narrowly focused vehicle-tracking tool.
Maintenance is a central strength: teams can manage work orders and preventive-maintenance schedules alongside inspections and parts inventory. Fuel transaction recording and analytics add another operational view, while standard, scheduled and custom reports support routine analysis. The platform also offers an AI assistant for querying fleet data. For teams with established telematics providers, integrations include Geotab, GPS Insight, Verizon Connect and Samsara; WEX, FuelMaster, QuickBooks and NAPA IBS are also listed. Asset location and meter updates depend on supported telematics integrations and hardware, and the map is not continuously updated in real time, so this should not be treated as live tracking without qualification.
According to the published plans, Pro costs $6 per asset per month, Advanced $8, and Enterprise $11, with annual billing. The product is paid, sold through annual agreements, and priced by assets; the description says users are unlimited. Web access, an open API and webhooks provide options for connecting the system with other workflows. Fleet teams prioritizing maintenance, inspections and asset records may find this breadth and pricing structure a fit. Buyers whose main requirement is verified native driver-safety tooling or continuously refreshed location tracking should compare alternatives carefully.
