RPSync is an open-source, self-hosted social media analytics application for individuals and teams that want to collect, visualize, and retain control of online presence statistics. It gathers profile and post statistics from services including Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit, Twitch, Telegram, and Discord. A unified dashboard brings collected posts into one view, while local storage keeps the deployment focused on privacy and direct data ownership.

Platform coverage is a central strength. RPSync connects with a broad set of social services and also supports Google Analytics, Google Search Console, NocoDB, and CSV workflows. Collected data can be exported to CSV or NocoDB, which gives teams practical ways to move information into spreadsheets, databases, or other reporting processes. Deployment runs through Docker and Docker Compose, but configuration can involve platform APIs, bots, or browser-session cookies. That makes RPSync a better fit for technically comfortable operators than for teams seeking a managed setup with minimal configuration.

Security controls include TOTP-based two-factor authentication and passkey authentication for public-domain deployments. The product’s focus is collection, visualization, local retention, and export rather than a broad analytics suite: it does not provide campaign reporting, competitor benchmarking, or audience-demographic analysis. There are also no AI features. Choose RPSync when self-hosting, local storage, open-source access, and multi-platform collection matter most. Choose another product when you need deeper audience analysis, campaign measurement, or benchmarking in the same application.
