A broad rental operations suite for managers handling mixed portfolios.

RPM Pro is cloud property management software for agencies and operators managing long-term rentals, vacation rentals, or mixed portfolios. It brings lease and tenant management together with vacation bookings, online rent and booking payments, tenant, guest, and landlord portals, maintenance requests, housekeeping scheduling, accounting, reporting, and CSV exports. Separate dashboards help distinguish long-term and vacation operations, while role-based access supports administrators, tenants, guests, landlords, and housekeeping teams. The web app, Android coverage, and REST API support browser-based operations, mobile access, and connected systems.
Pricing is structured around portfolio size and ownership preferences. Starter costs $35 per month for a smaller portfolio. Unlimited costs $124 per month or $1,240 per year and adds unlimited long-term and vacation properties, administrators, housekeeping accounts, guests, tenants, bookings, and leases, with cloud hosting included. The Lifetime option costs $8,800 one time and provides the license outright. Custom builds are also available, with self-hosting and modules offered. There is no free plan, so the product is better suited to operators seeking a paid system with broad operational coverage than to teams looking for a no-cost entry point.
RPM Pro’s strongest fit is a mixed rental business that needs connected financial, operational, and booking workflows. Double-entry general ledger tools, expense tracking, automated invoices, payment status tracking, and integrations with Stripe, QuickBooks Online, BookingPal, and Authorize.net extend its coverage beyond basic rent collection. The website booking widget and REST API also support partner systems, websites, and mobile apps. Managers prioritizing iOS-native access should look elsewhere, since mobile coverage is Android-only. Teams with a smaller portfolio can start with Starter, while larger or more complex operations may prefer Unlimited, Lifetime, or a custom build.
