A flexible form builder for importing and adapting Typeform or Google Forms forms.

Rowform is a web-based conversational form builder for people who need to create, publish, and embed interactive forms. Its visual drag-and-drop builder supports text, ratings, choices, signatures, and file uploads, while conditional routing can skip questions or show different endings. It is especially suited to users migrating forms from Typeform or Google Forms, since it can import their form structure. Solo users and small teams can start on the free plan; organizations needing more presentation and analysis controls can consider Pro.
The free plan includes a logic builder, form embedding, AI-assisted form creation, and no standard monthly response cap. Pro costs $20 per month with monthly billing or $17 per month with annual billing. Both paid options add branding removal, custom domains, partial-submission capture, team invitations, and advanced form analytics. A Lifetime plan is also available for a one-time $399 and lists those same additions. The paid upgrade is most relevant when branded forms, custom domains, or deeper response analysis are priorities; basic form creation and embedding are available without it.
Rowform’s feature set extends beyond simple question-and-answer flows: variables can calculate scores or prices, and conditional endings let a form adapt its finish to responses. Forms can be shared by link or embedded inline, full-page, or in a popup. Integrations include Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, Cal.com, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and webhooks; the product is cloud-based and lists email and documentation support, along with GDPR compliance. Choose it for flexible conversational forms and migration support. A team whose core requirement is payment collection should look elsewhere, as that capability is not listed among Rowform’s features.
