Rouptimize review
A structured dispatch platform for high-volume fleets with detailed routing controls.

Rouptimize is route optimization and dispatch software for delivery teams, fleet managers, and growing operators. It combines a web dispatcher panel with a driver mobile app for delivery, pickup-delivery, courier, grocery, ecommerce, multi-branch, and field-service workflows. Its planning tools support depots, vehicle capacities, driver skills, priorities, working windows, and time windows, while dispatchers can review routes on a map and manually reorder stops. Drivers receive assigned routes, navigation, status updates, and delivery history through the mobile app.
Pricing is based on monthly scheduled-order limits. The entry plan costs AUD 100 per month for 1,000 scheduled orders and includes route optimization, the driver mobile app, live monitoring, reports, and support. Higher published tiers cost AUD 280 for 3,000 orders, AUD 420 for 5,000, AUD 720 for 10,000, AUD 1,220 for 20,000, and AUD 2,120 for 50,000 scheduled orders per month. A 50,001+ scheduled-order plan is also available. The billing model uses a one-time payment for a monthly limit that resets monthly, and the pricing page describes a 200 scheduled-order starter allowance during the first month. This structure suits operators able to forecast delivery volume and benefit from volume-based planning.
Operational coverage is a major strength. Rouptimize supports CSV, XLSX, and JSON mission imports with validation, live views of selected drivers and vehicles, code-based proof-of-delivery verification, and delivery, driver, route, mission, and fleet reporting. Fleet, branch, depot, user, role, and permission management add structure for multi-location operations. The platform is available on the web and through an API, with webhooks listed as integrations. Teams needing detailed dispatch controls and centralized fleet oversight should consider it; smaller operators or organizations requiring a broader integration ecosystem may prefer another option.
