Rotaready Evo is workforce management software for restaurants, pubs, hotels, cafes, bars, catering and events businesses. It combines manual drag-and-drop rota planning with automated scheduling based on staffing rules, availability, contracted hours and compliance requirements. Employees can update availability, request time off, claim open shifts and swap shifts, while managers can track time and attendance, wage costs and compliance. Web, iOS and Android access supports employee and manager workflows, with multi-site visibility for rota, wage-cost and labour-percentage planning.
