RogPanel is online panel software for organizations that create and administer customer, employee, specialist, or expert panels. It combines participant registration, profile and survey-history management, sample selection, communications, incentives, and reporting in one operating environment. Registration can use imports, manual entry, or self-registration, while sampling can apply panel characteristics, groups, and conditions. The product suits small, mid-market, and enterprise teams that run their own incentivized consumer or business panels rather than seeking a respondent marketplace.
The published Annual license includes panel installation, use of a panel app, unlimited panelists and characteristics, incentive management, and SSL-encrypted hosting. Rogator handles licensing through contact with sales, with hosting and additional services arranged individually. The deployment options cover cloud, self-hosted, and mobile use. RogPanel can connect with survey tools, incentive systems, and community software, giving panel teams room to fit it into an existing research and engagement stack.
