RoboForm is a password manager for individuals, families, teams, and businesses. It stores and organizes passwords and other sensitive information, generates passwords, fills logins and web forms, and supports secure sharing. Passkey storage and use, passwordless unlock, two-factor authentication, password-security analysis, data breach monitoring, and emergency access extend its coverage beyond basic credential storage. Its platform support includes web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and a Chrome extension.
The Free plan provides unlimited passwords on a single device, advanced two-factor authentication, Passwordless Unlock, and secure sharing. Premium costs $2.49 per user per month with annual billing and adds unlimited devices, web access, Secure Shared Folders, Emergency Access, and Data Breach Monitoring. The Family plan costs $3.98 per month with annual billing for up to five Premium accounts, with unified billing, access on all devices, and Secure Shared Folders. Business costs $3.33 per user per month with annual billing and adds centralized administration, SSO integration, SCIM provisioning, role-based access control, and detailed activity logs. Enterprise offers customized volume-based pricing, dedicated onboarding and support engineers, a custom SLA, and self-hosting for 1,000+ user environments.
RoboForm fits buyers who want a password manager that spans personal, family, and business use without requiring separate products. Secure sharing, passkeys, emergency access, and breach monitoring give paid personal plans a wider feature set, while Business adds administrative controls and identity provisioning. The main tradeoff is plan gating: the free tier is designed for one device, while unlimited-device access and several monitoring and sharing features require Premium or Family. Businesses needing centralized controls can consider Business, and larger environments can consider Enterprise for self-hosting and customized support arrangements.
