ROADe review
A broad repair workflow with fleet, telematics, and dispatch tools.

ROADe is cloud-based automotive repair software for repair shops, mobile technicians, and fleet operations. It brings scheduling, estimates, work orders, invoicing, digital inspections, technician time tracking, parts inventory, customer communications, vehicle history, and fleet maintenance into one system. Separate shop, technician, customer, and fleet portals support different parts of the repair and maintenance workflow, while mobile dispatch and customer estimate approval by SMS extend the platform beyond the front desk.
Pricing is organized into four paid tiers. Shop costs $150 per month and includes the Shop Portal, Tech Portal and mobile app, Customer Portal, basic integrations, and email support. Commercial costs $250 per month and adds a Fleet Portal for up to 50 vehicles, advanced analytics, QuickBooks integration, and priority support. Professional costs $350 per month and adds unlimited fleet vehicles, AI Technician Assist, custom workflows, and a dedicated account manager. Enterprise includes the Professional features plus custom integrations, white-label options, API access, and 24/7 premium support. An offer of two free months is available when committing annually.
ROADe’s ecosystem is a key part of its fit for shops that coordinate vehicles, parts, accounting, and communications. Integrations include QuickBooks, Sage Accounting, CARFAX, Nexpart, NHTSA VIN Decoder, Slack, Clickatell SMS, GEOTab, Invers, Azuga, Cloudboxx, UFODrive, Wex Flexcard, MOTOR, and PartsTech. The breadth suits operations that need telematics, VIN lookup, parts purchasing, fleet analytics, and repair management together. However, platform coverage is web-only, so organizations seeking broader platform options should look elsewhere. ROADe is a strong match for fleet-aware repair businesses; smaller shops may not need its higher-tier fleet and enterprise capabilities.
