Ringflow Contact Center is a cloud-based communications platform for businesses and contact-center teams handling inbound and outbound customer interactions. It brings voice calling, multi-level IVR, skills-based routing, call queues, live chat, email, SMS, MMS, analytics, workflow automation and AI-assisted agent tools into one workspace. Mobile apps for iOS and Android, web access and an API support different operating models. Its feature set suits small teams that want omnichannel calling without starting with a specialized enterprise deployment.

The published plans show a paid, per-user pricing model with a 14-day trial. Starter costs $7.99 per user per month when billed annually and includes unlimited US/Canada calling, business SMS, call queues, multi-level IVR, AI call tags, AI Writer and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Professional costs $15.99 per user per month annually and adds Salesforce, HubSpot and Zendesk integrations, an auto dialer, omnichannel inbox, AI chatbot and security audit report access. Enterprise costs $25.99 per user per month annually, adding predictive and agentless dialers, local presence dialing, an AI receptionist, Business Analytics Pro and data export. Custom adds custom deployment, a dedicated customer success manager, custom AI training, custom SLAs and truly unlimited SMS.

Ringflow’s main strength is breadth: teams can combine voice, digital queues, dialers, AI tools, real-time dashboards and CRM workflow automation. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Zoho, Freshsales, Pipedrive, Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Zapier, Google Workspace, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messaging. The trade-off is tier dependence. Starter lacks call recording, while Professional includes 30 days and Enterprise includes one year. Teams needing advanced dialers, broader integrations, data export or longer recording coverage should consider the higher tiers; smaller teams needing only basic calling may find the wider contact-center scope unnecessary.
