RingCentral RingEX is a cloud-based unified communications platform for businesses that need calling, messaging, meetings, fax, voicemail, and administration in one application. It supports web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android access, with business local, toll-free, and vanity numbers. Established organizations can use its multi-level auto attendant, custom call flows, permissions, locations, and centralized user administration to coordinate communications across teams.

The paid plans scale by user limits, meeting capacity, calling features, and recording or fax allowances. Essentials supports up to 20 users, unlimited calls within the US and Canada, a local or toll-free number, 100 toll-free minutes per month, and voicemail-to-text. Standard adds unlimited users, unlimited audio meetings, video meetings for up to 4 people, and unlimited internet fax. Premium raises video meeting capacity to 100 people and includes automatic call recording, voicemail-to-text, and unlimited fax. Ultimate supports meetings for up to 200 people and includes 10,000 toll-free minutes per month, automatic call recording, and voicemail-to-text. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

Integration coverage includes Salesforce, Google, Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, ServiceNow, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365. AI capabilities include call notes, transcription, meeting summaries, message translation, and AI-assisted call handling, depending on plan or feature availability. RingEX is a strong fit for organizations that want a wide communications feature set and integrations across desktop, mobile, and browser environments. It is less suitable for buyers seeking a free service or a narrowly focused phone system without broader meetings, messaging, fax, and administrative features.
