RingCentral Events is an event management and engagement platform for organizations running webinars, virtual conferences, and hybrid or onsite events. It combines branded event pages, registration, multiple stages, sessions, reception areas, expo booths, networking, streaming, attendee engagement, and analytics. Teams can customize colors, logos, and copy, while attendees can use private video meetings, direct messaging, chat, polls, and Q&A. It suits organizations that need more than a basic event page, particularly those producing multi-session or production-led events.
Pricing is organized around an annual per-organizer model. The Free trial provides 30 days, limited registrations, and core functionality. Events Pro costs $99 USD per organizer per month when billed annually and adds unlimited events and registrations, virtual events and webinars, and standard support. Events Pro+ adds 40+ integrations, onsite features, single sign-on, and AI Content Composer. Events Enterprise adds API access, custom domains, content hubs, and AI caption translation. There is no free plan, so teams wanting ongoing no-cost event publishing should consider an alternative.
The platform’s ecosystem supports HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Kahoot!, Miro, Slido, Typeform, Airtable, and Slack, alongside CRM and marketing integrations. Its AI features include AI Writer, Q&A categorization, AI Clips, content repurposing, and caption translation options. Streaming includes live and prerecorded formats with production controls, giving event teams a broad operating set in one product. RingCentral Events is a strong fit for organizations coordinating branded, interactive, multi-format events; teams seeking only a simple, lightweight page builder may prefer a narrower tool.
