A broad restoration platform for teams that need integrations, automation, and AI workflows.

Riivet is a cloud-based restoration CRM and operating system for insurance restoration contractors handling water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction work. It brings together lead and project records, crew scheduling, dispatch, contents management, field documentation, insurance-claim supplements, carrier negotiations, e-signatures, reporting, messaging, and workflow automation. Access is available through web, iOS, and Android, with API access for teams that need to connect operational systems.
The pricing structure separates core platform access from AI usage. The Beta full platform plan costs $99 per seat per month and includes CRM and project pipeline features, scheduling and dispatch, LiDAR and 360 scanning, contents management, and e-signatures. AI estimating and AI negotiations use Studio Credits, priced from $500 per month for 10 credits to $5,500 per month for 250 credits. Guided Onboarding is available for a one-time $2,500 and includes workspace configuration, data migration, remote training, and a dedicated onboarding lead. A one-day free trial is available, so teams should assess seat costs and expected AI usage together.
Riivet fits organizations that want one operational layer across estimating, claims, field capture, contents, scheduling, and documentation. Its integration list includes QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Square, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Twilio SMS, cloud storage services, calendar tools, Google Distance Matrix, and ClaimXperience. The documented API and webhooks support further workflow connections, while the Xactimate-compatible ESX export is documented as being in beta. Teams that prioritize a broad, connected workflow may find the feature coverage compelling; teams seeking lower recurring costs, a shorter AI billing path, or a certified SOC 2 posture should consider alternatives. Riivet is currently in public beta.
