A broad web-based roofing system for estimates, operations and lead generation.

RidgeSync is a cloud-based roofing CRM for residential roofing companies, particularly teams that want estimating, job management and a company website in one subscription. Its workflow covers leads, jobs, roof measurements, custom estimate catalogs, labor rates, proposals with e-signatures, material ordering, invoicing, scheduling and jobsite files. Roofers can import Roofr or EagleView reports, photos of reports or hand measurements, while the system also supports shingle and metal roofing work. The vendor positions it for residential roofing companies with roughly two to fifteen crew.
Pricing is straightforward across the published plans. The Monthly plan costs $149 per month, and the Annual plan costs $1,490 per year. Both include every feature, unlimited users, unlimited leads, jobs, quotes and measurements, no per-report fees, and the website and AI features. A 30-day trial gives prospective buyers time to review the workflow before committing. The subscription brings together estimates, branded proposals, shared calendars, install scheduling, invoices, paid-versus-owed tracking and CSV ledger export rather than separating core functions into higher paid tiers.
Its strongest ecosystem fit is with roofing measurement providers: RidgeSync accepts Roofr and EagleView reports and adds AI metal takeoffs, shingle bills of materials and measurement-report assistance. The website builder adds custom domains, lead forms and local SEO pages, making the product relevant to contractors building their own lead-generation presence. Operational boundaries matter, however. Customer card or ACH payments are recorded after collection elsewhere, and QuickBooks connection is a categorized CSV export rather than live synchronization. RidgeSync is a practical choice for roofers prioritizing estimates and a business website; companies needing a customer portal, native accounting integration or mobile platform coverage should choose a different fit.
