Ribbon review
AI voice and video screening with outreach, scoring, and ATS syncing.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Ribbon focuses on the top of the hiring funnel: it contacts applicants by email and SMS, conducts AI voice or video screening interviews, and gives recruiters recordings, transcripts, summaries, and rubric-based scores to review. It suits talent acquisition teams that want to add structured first-round screening and outreach, while keeping final hiring decisions with recruiters. Candidates can complete interviews at a convenient time, and the product also includes candidate sourcing, ranked matches, outreach analytics, and interview integrity checks.
Its strongest fit is a workflow centered on screening rather than the full candidate journey. Teams can customize interview rubrics, use plain-language sourcing search, and automate follow-ups over email and SMS. Ribbon lists integrations with Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, and UKG, with candidate and interview-result syncing; API access is also included in the paid plans shown. It runs in the cloud and is available through web and API. The feature set does not include career-site tools, so organizations seeking a broader candidate-experience suite may need another product alongside it.
According to the vendor’s pricing page, Growth is $499 per month billed annually, Business is $999, and Scale is $1,999. All three list video and voice interviews, SMS and email outreach, and API access; ATS integrations plus mapping appear on Scale. Enterprise has custom seats and active roles, unlimited interviews, SSO (SAML), and a dedicated CSM plus SLA, with no price shown here. A 7-day trial is advertised, not a free plan. Choose Ribbon if AI screening and outreach are priorities and the annual entry price fits; look elsewhere if career-site tools or a lower-cost starting point are central requirements.
