Rezmatch.ai review
A low-cost screening API with explainable matching, but limited workflow and ATS coverage.

Rezmatch.ai is an API for products that screen candidates against job descriptions. It is designed for applicant tracking systems, job boards, staffing platforms, sourcing tools, recruiting agents, HR analytics, and screening copilots. The service parses resumes and job descriptions into normalized JSON, extracts skills, experience, education, and contact information, and produces candidate-role fit scores with explanations. Inputs can include PDFs, text, and URLs, and access is available through the web and API.
Pricing is structured for both evaluation and usage-based development. The Free plan includes 100 starter credits, approximately 11 screenings, and 60 requests per minute. Starter costs $19.99 per month for 400 credits, approximately 44 screenings, and 120 requests per minute. Growth is $79.99 per month for 1,800 credits, approximately 200 screenings, and 300 requests per minute. Scale is $399.99 per month for 10,000 credits, approximately 1,110 screenings, and 600 requests per minute. Enterprise adds custom volume, SLA and invoicing, and custom limits. One-time packs cost $15 for 250 credits, $55 for 1,000, or $150 for 3,000; these credits never expire.
The strongest fit is for developers who want explainable matching without building parsing, normalization, extraction, and redaction layers themselves. Requirement scoring identifies met and missed requirements, while job-title and skill normalization can support more consistent comparisons. PII and protected-class proxy redaction, transient document processing with deletion after response generation, REST, MCP, and agent-skill integrations add useful product-building options. Rezmatch.ai is less suitable for teams seeking a ready-made recruiting workflow: it does not provide verified ATS integrations, knockout workflows, or custom scoring. Choose it for an API-centered screening component; consider an alternative when hiring operations depend on packaged workflow controls or broad ATS connectivity.
