Reybex is a cloud ERP from EDIT Systems GmbH for trading companies, wholesalers, e-commerce businesses, retailers, and small to medium-sized manufacturers. Its scope spans sales documents, order processing, multi-warehouse inventory, purchasing, finance, accounting, banking, payment reconciliation, CRM, PIM, shipping, POS, and production. Web and Android access support teams working across commerce and operations, with a particular fit for European e-commerce and distribution businesses.

Pricing is structured around distinct packages. READY costs EUR 99 per month, includes 2 users, is monthly cancellable, and has no per-order fees. GO targets e-commerce and stationary retail, adds unlimited users, unlimited transactions, and premium support, and costs EUR 650 per month on monthly billing or EUR 490 per month when billed annually, with a 25% saving shown on annual billing. RUN is aimed at B2B and B2BC trade, while FLY targets medium-sized manufacturing companies; both include unlimited users, unlimited transactions, and premium support, with FLY also listing production and capacity planning. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.

The main strength is breadth without separating commerce and back-office workflows into disconnected systems. Reybex combines PIM variants, multilingual data, and channel synchronization with shipping, picking, packing, barcode scanning, tracking, EDI, and API-based integrations. Listed connections include Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, OTTO, Zalando, DATEV, ELSTER, Stripe, Mollie, Klarna, DHL, DPD, and GLS. Manufacturing teams also get bills of materials, work plans, production orders, capacity planning, and production data capture. Choose Reybex when one cloud system must cover commerce, distribution, finance, and potentially production. Teams needing only a narrow, low-cost inventory or order tool may find its broader structure and higher-tier pricing unnecessary.
