ReviewBot is a cloud review management product for mobile-app product, support, and customer-feedback teams. It monitors iOS, Mac, and Android app listings across the App Store and Google Play, then routes selected reviews into team workflows. The product is aimed at small and mid-market organizations that need a focused way to track ratings, locale-specific feedback, keywords, and incoming review activity without covering broader review sources.

The published Basic plan costs $5 per active Flow per month with annual billing, and a 14-day free trial is available. It includes App Store and Google Play monitoring, rating and locale filters, keyword filtering, real-time review alerts, and either alerts or a monthly report per Flow. Teams can send review activity to Slack, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Microsoft Teams, or email. Weekly and monthly rating reports, source context, and links to the review page help teams connect feedback with the relevant app listing. ReviewBot runs on the web, iOS, and Android, and deployment is cloud-based.

Its main strength is focused workflow routing: teams can configure flows by listing, destination, rating, locale, keywords, and schedule. Eligible accounts can also use the Reply-to-Review add-on to respond from Slack or Zendesk. Email and documentation support, along with GDPR compliance, provide a defined operational foundation. The narrow source coverage is the key trade-off. ReviewBot suits mobile publishers whose feedback lives primarily in the App Store and Google Play, but teams seeking AI capabilities, widgets, broader review sources, or review-request workflows should choose a broader product instead.

  • Where it doesn't
    • Covers only App Store and Google Play review sources.
    • Does not include AI, widgets, or review-request workflows.
    • Reply-to-Review is limited to eligible accounts and selected tools.
