ReturnGO is a returns and exchanges management platform for ecommerce merchants. It combines an embedded self-service return portal with configurable policies, product and variant exchanges, automated refunds, refund alternatives, prepaid return labels, item validation, condition inspection, analytics, and reporting. Its multi-warehouse and dropshipping support makes it a fit for merchants managing returns across several sales channels or operational locations. The platform is available through the web and API, and it includes AI features.

The Premium plan costs $147 per month and includes the self-service portal, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, store credit, approval automations, and shipping integrations. Pro costs $297 per month and adds advanced automation, item validation, packing slips, ERP integrations, API access, and webhooks. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds order tracking portals, notifications, multi-store plans, omnichannel support, and a dedicated account manager. A 14-day trial is available, but merchants looking for a free ongoing plan will need another option.

ReturnGO’s ecosystem coverage is a central strength. It integrates with Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento 2, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, Wix, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Commerce Tools, Stripe, Klaviyo, Happy Returns, Amazon MCF, and Ship by ReturnGO. These connections support commerce, payments, marketing, shipping, and fulfillment workflows, while APIs and webhooks extend the platform to custom setups. Choose ReturnGO when returns require exchanges, warehouse routing, inspection, analytics, and cross-platform automation. Smaller merchants with straightforward return needs or a lower entry price may find its paid structure difficult to justify.
